For equipment with limited mixing capacity, the use of a masterbatch with a high carbon black concentration will result in uneven dispersion and prominent pitting, resulting in a high waste rate, which is not worth the loss. Maybe the production is abnormal when using a 40% carbon black masterbatch, but the effect is very good after using 35%.
