Water Absorbent Masterbatch

The trace moisture contained in the raw materials has a very serious impact on the production of plastic products. Just add the desiccant masterbatch to the raw material, you can eliminate all the problems caused by moisture, such as bubbles, moire, cracks, spots, etc.

APPLICATION:

It is widely used in the processing of pp, pe, Idpe, hdpe and other recycled materials, damp plastics and degradable plastics to ensure product quality and yield, reduce energy consumption and increase productivity.

Instructions:

Directly mix the DESICCANT with the RECYCLED plastic material evenly, then the product can be processed and produced.

--If used in blow molding production, the addition ratio is 1%-2%;

--If used in sheet and injection molding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%.

The specific addition ratio should be determined according to the moisture content of the plastic.
