Anti Moisture Masterbatch

Anti moisture masterbatch is also called dehydration additive, dehumidification masterbatch, defoaming masterbatch, and plastic desiccant. Non-toxic and non-polluting. It is a high-tech new functional masterbatch used to remove water and eliminate bubbles and defects during the processing of plastic products.

APPLICATION:

It is widely used in PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE and other recycled materials as well as blow molding, injection molding, coating, dipping, casting, weaving, etc., to improve product quality and yield.

Instructions:

Directly mix the DESICCANT with the RECYCLED plastic material evenly, then the product can be processed and produced.

--If used in blow molding production, the addition ratio is 1%-2%;

--If used in sheet and injection molding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%.

The specific addition ratio should be determined according to the moisture content of the plastic.
