Black masterbatch is composed of 3 basic elements: carbon black, resin and additives. It is an aggregate made by uniformly loading 5%-50% of carbon black in the resin. It can be called Pigment Concentration, so its tinting power is higher than the pigment itself. Mixing a small amount of color masterbatch and uncolored resin during processing can achieve the colored resin or product with the designed pigment concentration.
