The defoaming masterbatch is a functional masterbatch developed to solve the moisture problem in recycled plastics. It can greatly absorb the moisture of the plastic during the molding process, and solve the problems of blistering, cracks, spots, etc.

APPLICATION:

The processing of PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE and other recycled materials, damp plastics, and degradable plastics ensures product quality and yield, reduces energy consumption, and improves productivity.

Instructions:

Directly mix the DESICCANT with the RECYCLED plastic material evenly, then the product can be processed and produced.

--If used in blow molding production, the addition ratio is 1%-2%;

--If used in sheet and injection molding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%.

The specific addition ratio should be determined according to the moisture content of the plastic.
