Black defoamer contains a small percentage of carbon black, which can effectively absorb water and increase the blackness of recycled plastic products. It is suitable for all kinds of pelletizing, low-level injection molding, pipe and sheet products using PE, PP, and PO recycled plastics.

APPLICATION:

Compounding, plates, sheets, corrugated pipes, profiles, extrusion, injection, etc.

Instructions:

Directly mix the DESICCANT with the RECYCLED plastic material evenly, then the product can be processed and produced.

--If used in blow molding production, the addition ratio is 1%-2%;

--If used in sheet and injection molding production, the addition ratio is 2%-5%.

The specific addition ratio should be determined according to the moisture content of the plastic.
