50% Carbon Black Masterbatch

Carbon black is light, fluffy, and easy to fly. If not handled properly, it will stain the machine and workers and make the working environment dirty. Therefore, factories generally choose black masterbatch to complete the pre-dispersion. Black masterbatch is processed by using a mixer to completely mix carbon black and base resin. The type and fineness of carbon black affects the dispersion. And we choose pure virgin LDPE at high MFI as carrier.
